1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • Customized or personalized items may require additional time for preparation. 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders over 599 SEK (within Sweden).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

5. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package:

  • We will contact you to confirm the shipping address and arrange for reshipment.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
